All goods that are visible in our web store are stored in Lithuania. Due to this, all orders are fulfilled very quickly from our side. We prepare and hand over the goods to the parcel services within 1-2 business days after receiving the payment. 

We operate from Monday to Friday and not on public holidays which are set in Lithuania.

The purchased items can reach a client in a few ways. They, their price and delivery duration depend on the country, from which the customer wants to wear Dock Boot shoes.

How is a delivery performed in Lithuania?

– DPD Pickup network (delivery point/ terminal) – 2,50 eur (1-2 working days after sending a parcel from us). FREE OF CHARGE  for all orders over 55 eur!

– direct DPD courier delivery – 3,80 eur (1-2 working days after sending a parcel from us). FREE OF CHARGE for all orders over 100 eur!

– direct DPD courier delivery to Kursiu Nerija – 22,00 eur (1-2 working days after sending a parcel from us)

– registered shipment through Lietuvos Paštas (Post) – 5,00 eur (2-4 working days after sending a parcel from us)

How is a delivery performed in Latvia and Estonia?

– DPD Pickup network (delivery point/terminal) – 5,00 eur (1-2 working days after sending a parcel from us). FREE OF CHARGE for all orders over 55 eur!

– direct DPD courier delivery – 7,49 eur (1-2 working days after sending a parcel from us). FREE OF CHARGE for all orders over 100 eur!

– registered shipment through Lietuvos Paštas (Post) – 8,49 eur (3-7 working days after sending a parcel from us)

How is a delivery performed in other EU countries? 

– direct DPD courier delivery – 12,00-25,00 eur (2-8 working days after sending a parcel from us). There is no possibility to deliver to Cyprus and Malta. A price depends on a country (is shown during the checkout). FREE OF CHARGE for all orders over 150 eur!

– registered shipment through Lietuvos Paštas (Post) – 12,00 eur (4-10 working days after sending a parcel from us)

How is a delivery performed in other Europe countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ukraine)
